JOB “NUMBER ONE”The primary responsibility for the Program Advisor is to fully design and develop a High Ticket Program Blueprint for every client that clarifies and organizes their Program / Intellectual Property such that they’re able to easily communicate, sell and deliver their desired offer.
KEY SUCCESS MEASURESThe job of the Program Advisor in the following areas will have been satisfactorily achieved when the following Success Measures are in place.
1Manage each client’s journey through the Program Design and Development (hereafter known as the PDD) process, ensuring that the clients are guided and fully supported throughout this stage of their engagement with Embark.
2Oversee the production of all PDD deliverables, ensuring that they not only meet with our High Quality Standards, but that they are also appropriately validated by the client before progressing to the next stage of the engagement.
3Regularly track, report and improve upon the PDD process, including determining KPIs and other related metrics to measure client success.
4Oversee the Embark PDD library of resources and templates by identifying, repurposing and creating or modifying content for future use
5Collaborate with the rest of the Embark Client Fulfilment & Success team to ensure that quarterly strategic plans and any related projects are resourced, implemented and kept on track and on budget.

JOB “NUMBER ONE”The primary responsibility for the Joint Venture Match Maker is to identify, engage, generate referral commitments for Embark’s various programs and services, including those of Embark’s VIP Clients.

The primary responsibility for the Joint Venture Coordinator is to nurture & grow joint venture partners for Embark’s various programs and services, including those of Embark’s VIP Clients.
KEY SUCCESS MEASURESThe job of the Joint Venture Team in the following areas will have been satisfactorily achieved when the following Success Measures are in place.
1Manage Embark’s clients’ affiliate and JV Programs, PR and Partnership efforts, and influencer networks, to ensure that they are positioned to exceed goals.
2Source, execute and activate campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program with key affiliate and influencer partners
3Regularly assess the industry, and track and report opportunities that promote growth.
4Track performance, pull reports, analyze data and communicate actionable insights specific to driving new audience growth and revenue-driving conversions with Embark’s Joint Ventures and forecast revenue opportunities for Partners. 
5Collaborate with the rest of the Embark Business Development team to ensure that quarterly strategic Joint Venture plans, goals, and any related projects are resourced, implemented and kept on track.
